Food Picnic, a veteran Italian specialty restaurant, has served delicious Italian dishes to their customers. As a family-owned restaurant, they were in the field for over 4 decades serving food with love. They have maintained decorum in receiving customers and serving food. While they opened a few more branches in Garland and Arlington, they found it difficult to bring the entire restaurant process to order.
Even though Food Picnic had adopted some technologies to organise their restaurant work, they were struggling to deliver orders on time, get data and reports, and so on. They were looking for an all-in-one solution as they were fed up with using various native applications. The Food Picnic team approached us with the requirement of a restaurant app to order their restaurant management in a better way with advanced technology.
Based on their requirements, we have come up with a better solution. We provided a mobile-responsive, customisable restaurant app, Clouddish. Our app was designed for the food industry and has several facilities such as order management, table allocation, analytical data management, payment gateways, tracking orders and deliveries with a single click, online ordering, and table booking. Clouddish comes with several inbuilt apps separately for admin, managers, waiters, chefs, and customers. As a cloud-based app, Clouddish can be accessed from any device, and being a user-friendly app, it does not require any learning curve. With our well-built, mobile-responsive restaurant software, Food Picnic can manage all the business processes of all their branches on a single platform. Clouddish became their all-in-one solution, enabling them to have location-based deals, social visibility, market viability, better order management, and improved sales.
After they started using our restaurant app, Food Picnic saw a tremendous change in their business management with increased sales and improved business efficiency. Their business operations became more organised when they integrated the work processes of their branches on a single platform, and everything started moving in an orderly way.
